本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Social Rhythm Therapy
Tracking（日本語名: 社会リズム療法シンプル記録アプリ、以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
利用者は本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 適用
本規約は本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
本アプリは、社会リズム療法（IPSRT）における日々の生活リズム記録を補助する目的で提供されます。
2. 医療行為の不提供
本アプリは医療行為を提供するものではなく、診断、治療、処方の代替となるものではありません。
症状や治療に関する判断は必ず医療従事者にご相談ください。
3. 自己責任での利用
本アプリの利用により得られた情報・記録・分析結果は参考情報であり、
利用者自身の責任のもとで活用してください。
本アプリの利用に起因して生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。
4. データの取り扱い
本アプリで記録した内容は、原則として端末内に保存されます。

5. 禁止事項
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布
- 他の利用者または第三者に不利益を与える行為
6. サービスの変更・停止
開発者は事前の予告なく、本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を停止することができるものとします。
7. 規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて改定される場合があります。
改定後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms") set forth the conditions
for using Social Rhythm Therapy Tracking (Japanese name:
社会リズム療法シンプル記録アプリ; hereinafter the "App"). By using
the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships arising from the use of the
App. The App is provided to assist with recording daily life rhythms
as part of Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT).
2. No Medical Services
The App does not provide medical services and is not a substitute for
diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions. Always consult a healthcare
professional regarding decisions about your symptoms or treatment.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
Any information, records, or analysis results obtained through the
App are for reference only, and you use them at your own
responsibility. The developer assumes no liability for any damages
arising from the use of the App.
4. Handling of Data
As a rule, the content you record in the App is stored on your
device. For details on how personal information is handled, please
refer to the
Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
- Reverse engineering, modification, or redistribution of the App
- Acts that cause disadvantage to other users or third parties
6. Changes to or Suspension of the Service
The developer may change the content of the App or suspend its
provision without prior notice.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised as needed. The revised Terms take effect
from the time they are posted on this page.
